Order Cancellations & Refund Requests

If you wish to cancel or request a refund for your order, please contact our support team as soon as possible at support@popcultureasia.com with your order number and reason for the request.
Refunds are normally processed within 1–7 business days, depending on your payment provider’s processing time.

Refund Method
All refunds are issued only to the original payment method used at checkout, in compliance with Stripe’s payment policies.
We do not offer refunds via PayPal, bank deposit, or cash under any circumstances.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photo proof of the issue. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Processing Time
